Let me tell you about our God. And how he is good. All. The. Time. 

In 1 Corinthians 2:9 “it is written - What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love him.”  

Christ has led me through so many different walks of life. He has helped me through misdiagnoses as a teen and being handed a cocktail of psych meds I didn’t need long before I could understand their long-term effects. I balanced a master’s degree in biotechnology chemistry while battling a strong addiction that took me into a tornado of more drugs- legal and illegal. I was in a devastating accident where my skull was smashed in and I died; God decided it wasn’t my time and eventually I had to learn to talk, walk, write, and play music again.  The absolute loneliness during all of that and the hopelessness led me to multiple attempts to take my own life. I'll also tell you about the incredible support from my mom, the heartbreak of watching her wither away and ultimately losing her to cancer.  I can tell you about the plummet into the deepest levels of addiction afterwards, how my drug of choice became, “MORE!!!!”, and how I went through a “Brain Change” while learning the lasting impacts of all of the on my mental and physical health.  And how I rediscovered my faith and started to rebuild my life after incarceration.

As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'
